The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. The adjacent bathroom includes a large shower.

Our outside patio is carpeted and furnished with comfortable soft seating. A ceiling fan helps somewhat with hot Arizona temperatures.
The living room has a large flat panel TV connected to a Cox Cable TV service and you can watch that TV comfortably in a reclining love seat unit.

Beyond the wonderful facilities of Toscana we offer upgraded furniture in the living room and on the patio, small appliances in the kitchen, added blackout curtains in the bedrooms, and purified drinking water via our reverse osmosis system.

We are located at
5450 E Deer Valley Drive, (Building 10, 3rd floor), Phoenix, Arizona 85054
From the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport
The airport can be confusing and signs there could route you around and round the terminal. Don't panic, either of the routes below work fine. Note that in the case of arrivals level pickups there are both north and south doors.
Route A (little faster but not worth driving around the terminal again): From the Phoenix Airport you would
- follow the signs to towards Downtown/I-10 W/AZ-51/Phoenix. Your immediate goal is to be on Highway 51 north
- merge eventually from 51 to 101 Eastbound
- Take exit 32 off the 101 onto 56 Street northbound (your GPS may say otherwise and want you to exit at Tatum)
- Drive to E Deer Valley Dr and turn left
- Main entrance to complex is on the right - there is a gate and guardhouse there
- Check in with the guard and follow his/her directions - get directions to visitor parking at building 10. We have an underground space and will relocate you there
Route B: From the Phoenix Airport you would
- follow the signs to towards the AZ-202 Loop E/AZ-202 exit toward Tempe/Mesa. Your immediate goal is to be on AZ-202 Loop eastbound
- follow 202 to AZ 101 Loop N and head north on 101
- Take exit 32 off the 101 onto 56 Street northbound
- Drive to E Deer Valley Dr and turn left
- Main entrance to complex is on the right - there is a gate and guardhouse there
- Check in with the guard and follow his/her directions - get directions to visitor parking at building 10. We have an underground space and will relocate you there
